What this answers: “I never agreed to that.” Every grant and withdrawal is recorded with a timestamp, so a grievance can be answered with a record rather than an opinion. It is keyed by user id — this screen deliberately cannot be browsed or exported in bulk.

Find the id from Users, or open their record and use the Compliance tab.
